Welcome to the exciting world of scuba diving!
If you don’t have the time to complete the Open Water course you can still jump in! This is a programme that enables you to enjoy the underwater world and receive certification. Once qualified, the PADI Scuba Diver certification enables you to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI professional anywhere in the world.

What will I do?
The PADI Scuba Diver Course is a sub-programme of the Open Water Diver Course. You will complete the first 3 chapters of the Open Water Diver Manual and watch the corresponding videos. You will jump in the water for 3 confined water training sessions and 2 open water dives. See the reef teaming with fishes on the very first day!
How many people will be on my course?
We guarantee you that we teach with a maximum of 4 students per instructor! That's right! No large class sizes here. We believe small class sizes for more personal tuition gives you a safer and more personal introduction to diving.
Lionfish
Batfish
How long does it take?
We teach the PADI Scuba Diver Course over two days. If you decide to continue to do the full Open Water Course then you would need 2 days more in addition. You don't have to continue straight away, although you might find you've got addicted already and want to go straight through to the Open Water licence.

What do I need to start?
You need to be reasonably fit and healthy and fairly comfortable in the water. Please view the medical statement and contact us if you have answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions. If you are 10 to 14 years you will qualify for the Junior Scuba Diver certification. For children of 8 and 9 years of age please have a look at the Bubblemaker programme.
When do your courses run?
We start our PADI Courses very regularly. Please contact us to make a booking. This is particularly advisable during peak season.
Where can I go from here?
As a Scuba Diver you have already completed more than half of the Open Water Course. If you want to continue you have chapters 4 and 5 of the Open Water Diver Manual and Video to go, another 2 sessions in confined water and 2 more open water dives. You will then receive the PADI Open Water certification.

False Clown Anemonefish
What does it cost?
The Scuba Diver Course fee is RM 800, which includes instruction manual, equipment rental, boat dives and certification.
