The Emergency First Responder Course (EFR) includes classroom and practical sessions but no dives. During the course you will learn CPR and First Aid skills important in every day life as well during diving. The EFR course also meets the programme prerequisites for the PADI Rescue Diver course or as preparation for becoming a PADI Divemaster.
