Payments at Watercolours can be made by cash, visa or matercard. We do not take travellers cheques and it is very difficult to change them elsewhere on the islands. You may pay by US$ or Euro but the exchange rate on the islands is very poor.

Terms and conditions

We ask a deposit of 50% of total price to secure a booking. Please note that all credit card payments, including those made on the islands, carry a 3% charge.

Should a cancellation request be received 14 days or more before commencement of services then 100% of the deposit will be refunded less bank charges incurred.

Should a cancellation request be received 7 to 13 days before commencement of services then 50% of the deposit will be refunded less bank charges incurred.

Should a cancellation request be received 6 days or less before commencement of services then no refunds will be made.

In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances the company reserves the right to substitute arrangements for those of a similar standard or to postpone travel arrangements, diving, snorkelling or other activities.

The company reserves the right to chage pricing at any time.

The company will not be held responsible for loss, injury, damage to property, or delays and irregularities beyond our control.

While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Watercolours reserves the right to decline bookings arising from such errors.
